Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the tenant owes a cancellation fee in the amount of:

• up to 1 week before arrival the deposit paid will be refunded
• from 1 week before arrival or in case of no-show the total rental price is due

In case of early departure or non-occupancy you are not entitled to a refund.
